Shana has over 30 years in management, leadership, career and workforce development. Experience in health care administration, contract negotiations, leadership development, strategy execution, coaching, and team building with Certification in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School, Bachelor of Science from University Detroit Mercy, Executive Masters of Business Administration from Oakland University, and serves as Board member of the Mt. Moriah Community Development Corporation and Fresh Perspectives.
Shana has held various leaderships with Henry Ford Health System/Health Alliance Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, United Healthcare and other healthcare plans. Shana has coached and developed many individual in leadership areas strengths, blind spots, and servant leaders to empower leaders to grow and enhance skills. Shana is highly effective in creating high performing teams, turnaround management and process improvement. Shana is also a master negotiator with the “Art of Negotiation” being her expertise.
Shana is a native "Detroiter" and loves all things Detroit. You can find her cheering for Detroit teams at sporting events, attending concerts of her favorite artists, and traveling t” o see the world her father talked about with excitement.
